  We've had three loans with them in the past 10 years. Great service, fast approval, and they don't over promise. We also refinanced our home through them, knowing the loan would be sold to another servicer, and our new servicer is great, too.

  Tried calling that didn't work, got past that and went into Countryside location in person. I rushed out of work to make it there in time. I had been working on re-financing a vehicle. The branch manager himself stepped in to help me close the deal. Mack was extremely helpful and informative in helping me understand the deal all while being in a time crunch before branch had to close. I would recommend this branch to anybody looking to re-finance their vehicle or to bank with someone new. Awesome service, very happy I stopped in.
